As a recovering landlord who has interviewed hundreds of potential renters for any of my properties, I discovered that if I could look at the passenger floorboard of their vehicle, I could be pretty certain that is EXACTLY how they will treat my property and I’ll see first hand the “cleanliness” standards (and habits) they have.

If “Messy” (and left over food piled up) = my house will not be treated well. If it’s “To Perfect” = they will want everything to be brand new and perfect at all times.

The insight is: I looked for used but not abused before I even read their application.

Moral of Story/Lesson: There are always little clues left behind in everything we do, that we may not/cannot see for ourselves, but these “clues” will convey to others a message that is loud and clear.

Today, I want to ask you to look at an aspect that you may not have related to your business marketing plan effectiveness.

Do You Have A Routine Morning Ritual? If So, is it one that you start every morning with planned intention?

Is your morning routine a natural reaction to the sun coming up or the alarm going off?

There is no right or wrong answer, but I can assure you that if I was to “look at your morning routines” I’ll see just how effective your business marketing plan is…(most likely).
